Garena is happening all the ladder competition match.Makes everyone going so crazy about losing a match.They will lose some credit or something like that.Once im in a game 1 of this players starts ordering and kbkp about every single think he dun like to see.If u are so scare of losing why play with us at the first place.We are not as pro as u wish to be. I guess u sld just play a 1 v 5 match then.

Ok so is 6.04 am in the morning.I guess its time to start the plan.I should clean up the house and go to lu house to gym soon and meet up dear for Shopping and movie =).

A Boy & Girl Story

Opportunities need to be seized when there is a chance.I'm stating this in a general way.Lets just say that there is this boy who has been noticing this girl for quite some time. Fate actually created an opportunity for them to meet.Her way of walking, her expressions and everything just catches his attention whenever he meets her on the way to school.

A way to seize opportunity is to sit right beside her with confidence but humbly.He tilts his head slowly towards her .She knows that he is looking at her but at the same time she is too shy to look back.Too shy to react to her curiousity as well?

The boy took a deep breath and knew he got to do this no matter what.
He gave a smile and said the words which had been kept in him for quite sometime.
"The only thing that your eyes didnt tell me is your name".

My blog is growing weed.I have been very busy with work lately.Website is launched which is Insing.com=) so work has been less busy now already.

Few days back ,i met susanti and stanley and Bb for dinner.We had a great time at Chinatown KTV.Singing with friends can really get you out of stress for a short period of time.The facilities is much much more better then K box. Highly recommended for people to go to these KTVs.At first we are quite reluctant because there might not be as much song as i we think but it turn out much better then we expected.Most songs is available.The database is very up to date.
It was a crazy night.We had crazy thoughts about going clubbing after that.

So we did.We went pub hopping at hooters and Indochine.Till we end up at Rebel ,Zirca and Lunar.Guys entrance fees is far more expensive then the ladies fees.Somehow majority of the people are really guys.Girls are the once that attracts the guys to the club.So they suck money from the guys and lowering the price for girls to attract more males.

1 month left to my self-proclaim holiday=).

My Work

My work is getting more and more interesting nowadays.Got to handle some contents of a new upcoming website.Its going to be huge.Its going to be about Singapore.It will be crazy.Million dollar website in singapore and im part of it.Though is my role is just a small role,i had a great experience over here.Thanks for the chance.Im not going to say anything yet because its not launched yet. So stay tune =).

Things don't go right always.I dun feel like being cheerful anymore even i try to.Its like you get too use to being ok that you dun feel excited about anything anymore.When its time to have fun , there is always a limit that i will reach.Just wouldn last long enough ,it will fall back in place again.Small small treats couldn do anything to make myself relax even for a little bit.

I wan a break from work and a string of entertainments to attend to.Seems so difficult to even imagine.My mind is trap.

Detroit Metal City

Mt & i went for a movie at Plaza Singapura to watch Detroit Metal City.The show was very entertaining though it was a little bit lame at the ending.This show is definately not for kids.When i was younger i will have nightmare listening to Metal song.Plot was great and funny too.Audience wise i saw many youngsters who looks like a musician themselves watching the show.Most came in big groups to watch the movie.Maybe thats the reason why the movie seats got taken up so quickly for a weekday.Our tickets were booked from online.After the movie we just got crazy and start singing "murder you murder whole family murder every one."Entertaining phrases.

No Music No Dream

Working

I do like my job .Comparison to many, this is one of the best.I shouldn complain more, as jobs are hard to seek.I should be grateful i guess.Sometimes i don't feel satisfied because i really want to do something that is more then a job.Its a interest ,its the passion for the things i want to do.

I should be contented because its 1 more step closer to the dream job im seeking for.This post just makes it sound even more like im losing my focus.I agree.There is a urge to move a big step forward,i confess.I have been like this for some time because i think i lack discipline to learn.I need a guide which requires no guide to guide me a long.

I realise life is about gaining many or none.There is no such thing as middle.

Nightmares

I hate the dry work that are needed to be done.Its frustrating because i know im wasting every single min of my youth.Something is missing.I dunno what is going on and what m i actually craving for but i do realise im running out of time.How am i going to figure out ?

A Business Reality

Tough times.Its hard to get a job nowadays.i admire people who build their own business from the root with their own hands.They are the guys that create jobs for the people.They created a community for the pool of talents to shine.It will become a place and a home for the people to work hard on ,to build.As the economy turn bad,they have to face a cruel side of life.They have to ditch the weak to save the entire community.Its hard to accept the fact.When the economic is up its not really a good news either.The higher it gets the harder impact it will receive when it falls.

You build up your own,You clear up the crap when it fails but reap the most when its in a good shape.

crazy sicky day

This morning i cough myself awake.Didn know what happen to me.My throat seems smaller for me to breathe.Felt pain at my left cheek because of the uncler i had.Moody as always.Im still thinking about the Metal gear Solid videos i watch on you tube.It was a great game, great storyline and definitely brings your mood down.The plot is about worthless war.Take a look if you are interested.Don't have to worry whether you have PS3 or none.Just search at youtube "Metal Gear Solid 4 Walkthrough" and you will find it.The Uploader created the entire walkthrough including the videos of storylines.Its the best game i had ever seen.107 episodes of Metal gear solid 4 videos.,storylines.

Oh today i went to queue up for TODAY , i heard this hiliarious conversation between an uncle and auntie.

The auntie ask " Hey how many you going to take today."
The uncle said " later then say. the newspaper man always dun let me take 3 back."
The auntie said " i take for you later lo"
The uncle said " no need i take my self"

Their conversation seems like they are competing how many newspaper they can get.It can be a topic for them to talk about.The uncle is a bout his 60ties 70ties.

For students looking for part time jobs

I was a student once before. And i know the feelings of everyone who is looking for job during their school holiday periods.I started out as a job seeker since after my O level examination.It was tough times because i do not really have working experience to proof my capability.I really thought about giving up.

But now i look back i realize i do have a good records of working experience for my resume after i graduate from my polytechnic.Its not really something great but i would like to share some of my experience to students who are studying right now.Students who needs a part time job to finance their own education,Students who does n rely on their parents for pocket money.

Over the 3 .5 years of schools i guess i have about 10 part time job.Every single holiday i will be working somewhere.

Perseverance is quite important when you look for job so please do not think that someone will look for you for a job without you doing anything.Going out to the society to work for the first time is quite weird.I was very slow when i first started out.

My comments on job searching for students....

1)To get a job is through words and friend ask around.You would n know if you dun try.
Because usually good jobs are taken up very easily.Especially high paying jobs.You can be giving out flyers but sometimes flyer giving can fetch you quite a good pay .I have a friend who got a job for 10 bucks per hour at Natas fair.This type of job does n come by very often because they are not posted on newspaper or websites.Most come by through contacts,friends.This really depends on luck.If you have a wide social circle you are some one who can survive the best in this world.

2)As a starter please do not be greedy thinking that you would be able to get high paying job or get a job even just by posting your details online.Because there are thousands of people doing the same thing.That's kind of waste time because this will only attract people who want to make use of you to work in a level marketing industry.Some jobs that is not going to benefit you.

3)F&B is a great industry to start off with i suppose.I started off abit later during my Polytechnics in F&B and i never regretted it.It is the place where i learn a lot of things.Why i insist that F&B is the best for students?
Flexible time slots.
Pay is not bad.(Usually 5 dollar /hr is common for restaurant)
Rules are not really strict.
After school hours.
No Experience require.
Its the easiest job you can do and find.
Make Friends.

Its the place that gives you tips,staff meal and experience.I will usually hold 2 jobs during holidays because the timing is flexible.

4)SO its holiday time.Everyone is having holidays now.Every one is free during office hours.This is the time where many events are happening.Look out for events because some company are really looking for students like you to help out in such events.Some companies also are looking for people who knows how to do some admin jobs.I guess every one knows how to use a computer now a days.All these jobs does n really have any special experiences.Go to jobcentral.com.sg.Spend sometime to write a resume.Mass send to any agency(Eg Recruit Agency,BGC).They will help you do the rest. Jus wait for your call=).The more you send the more chances you will get.I would n quite recommend you look for agency because they usually pay you at a lower rate and take the rest for their commission. Originally 9 dollar but you are paid 7 dollar if you go through them.Ha but if you are lazy then just go for it.7 dollar isn too bad either.=).

5)Walk around Shopping centers.Crash in and ask for jobs.I got lucky with one of my jobs before.=)

6) Continue to gather more information on jobs when you are working.Ask your colleugues where they work before.U might be surprise you might find some jobs you really want=).Get the contacts and keep it.Contacts don't come so easily.

7)Newspaper.I dun recommend this unless you are looking for a professional jobs because usually all part time jobs posted over there seems attractive but some is posted as a scam.I really wonder why SPH allows such job to be posted on the papers without checking out on what they are doing.I only look around when im looking for F& B jobs and tuition jobs.

8) Tuition jobs are not bad if you result in school is good.You can teach primary school student.Call up the tuition agency and they will post you to a client.Usually they will ask you to lie about your age.Its up to you whether you want to be honest with them a not =).

9)Seriously.Do well in school no matter what.Its a great Plus Plus for your resume.
Have a good attitude at work if you found one.You can ask them to write recommendation letters for your next job application or school application if you need a additional proof for your capability.

IT SHOW IS COMING....I wish some one could tell me more about any job companies who is always hiring technology promotor during this type of event.I would like to give it a try some day before i enlist into NS=).I have heard news that IT show ,events do let you earn quite a lot.I have a friend whom i met at natas event is earning 10 bucks per hour just by giving out leaflet.

I do know a bit on this.And maybe i will share a little bit.Do correct me if im wrong.IT show is more commision base.You must really know how to approach customer and try to meet their needs then you will benefit from the service you gave him or her.i have friends been talking about what type of products which usually sell quite well.Hard disk is one of them.Storage is the most essential thing that a Computer user needs.The user would want to have all his entertainment, work items to be portable always and back up is something that they would consider because these are very important information they don't want to lose.Data can be lost forever anytime anyhow in a hard disk.Its easier to sell because they are less expensive items and most customer would not think twice in buying it.

Another top selling item should be laptops.A life span of a laptop is about 2 to 3 years.If you are unlucky and know nothing much about how to maintein your laptop.Probably life span is about less then a year.If you are even more unlucky your laptop snap will just after the warrenty period.Repairing will be too costly.Buying a laptop will be much more worth the money.Base on statistic almost every working adult and student use a computers.Portablity is much more essential for businessman.Its consider a need already not a want anymore.

I guess the top selling items should be mobile phones.These are the events that telcos will target customer to sign up or renew their lines.Its not going to be surprising when you have to queue 3 to 4 hours to buy a phone at this type of IT fair.I work at 1 before.Its hectic and chaotic.=/

I was looking around on the net for news this morning.i came across this article about these cool product that makes your smiles,winks or raising your eyebrows change the music on your iPod.The small device is something like a headphone and is attached to a kind of infrared sensor that measures tiny actions inside the ear that are cause by different type of facial expressions. The English term for it is "Mimi Switch" or "Ear Switch".These things are connected to a micro-computer that can take charge and control of electronic devices.Its like a remote control (No hands) thing for everything.You can turn on the washing machine and room lights in a quick twitch of your jaws.The inventor is Kazuhiro Taniguchi of Osaka University.Can google it too if you want to know more.If you are wearing the product you can just stick your tongue out to stop and start your Ipod.Open your eyes Widely the Ipod will skip to the next tune.Try Winking your right eye to make it go back.Other actions can be programmed in to the Ipod can be like wriggling your nose and also a smile.That is kind of hilarious.I can't imagine everyone on the train is wearing that device when they go to work.We will see a lot of Funny faces=x.

The device can also track your natural movements like your face in everyday life and judge whether you are smiling enough for the day a not before deciding what songs to play for you.It can be a cheerful song or a sad song=X.The device can also track elderly people whether they are often sneezing or eating regularly and send a warning message to relatives too.

It will serve well for physically disabled as a remote control to switch on appliances and alert medical services whether the person has a fit.

They are working on a wireless version now.I wonder when this type of device will come to Singapore.Someday no body needs to move at all already.

They can create a sensor that sense sign language attached to every where.All you need to do is to point.Its going to be cool=)

Self encouragement

Its been few days bloggy=).
I realised its quite easy to write something when you listen to emo song.Songs by Boyce Avenue,Neyo-because of you,Mario-let me breathe and James Morrison-Broken String are great songs.And thats waht im doing right now.If you are really down or moodless try spending some cash to buy a quality ear piece and playing your favourite songs.It really helps.Some how it takes you out of your own life and put your self in other people's shoes.Great technique to relax.

Hmm somehow whatever im doing and i have done doest make me feel very good.Its not my best and its far worst then average.I want to change but i need a guide.Deep down i want to try it my own way and i think i can but every time ii fail its makes it much more difficult the next time i try again.This is a brain thing.I read a article few days back.A strong person is some one who can control his own will and wants .Able to deal with temptation is a great ability and power to a human.It makes great differences to a person.I want this ability.Chant this in to your head and you will suceed.=/.Chant this till you know you want you will.Come on Zhihui.Take neccessary action now.Better & better & better then the best of the best!

1 Yr Anniversary

Ok time for a entry.Things happened.Hmm nothing quite interesting happen.Monday i was playing majong with till morning tues.1 year anniversary for both of us on 3rd March 2009.Its been a great year of Ups and downs but im glad i have you.That its all matters.=).Ok we had movie Marley & me at Cinileisure theatre.I know why people is saying that the movie is the best.The show is really a touching one and it really deserve a compliment for that.I had tears in my eyes.Movies do not need a fantastic and facinating plot to shine.Just normal people with normal lives will do.Watch it you will know=).Basically....its just a movie about a couple with 3 kids and a dog.Congrats.Great show i have to admit.

After movie was dinner.Hard Rock cafe.I didn think it was a good idea to eat there because its really expensive.The food turn out to be better then what i expected.We had a hearty chat=) and great time taking pictures.

Desserts at Big O. Mud pie. Choc i/c with Banana fudge i/c mixed.I think its better if the banana ice cream should be first layer , i told baby about this.She agree=).2 pictures again=).

That ends our day on 3rd of march 2009.

Ups & Down Weekend

lets start from friday.=)

Friday was hectic.Got to rush down to Bubblemotion for debugging.Didn get anything much done somemore.

Hmm..My brain was like empty all day.I couldn get anything done.Quite disappointed.Still late for my work.Ok but work was ok till about 10 plus when i felt kind of not focus.i was like quite hungry because i didn have dinner.But in the end hot side got cook some fries and blanket.Majong the whole night at glenn house after that.Luck isn that good because i only win 1 round.4 winds.i seriously thinking this year my luck isn so good which i have no reason why.I use to always win the first round of majong.And my beginner luck is gone i guess.=/My day ends off in the morning.

Saturday i started off my day at 2 pm.Really got a DayMares because i didn turn up at bubblemotion when i suppose to be there at 1 pm to get my programming done.Luckily i manage to solve the bug at 4pm at home.Get my house cleaned up and prepared for Cousin wedding dinner.The place is like at orchard parade hotel.The food was like not bad and we got a few "wedding games" last min planned for the groom.

Chengxi (cousin) was like mixing beer and wine together ,soya sauce, lemon,abit veggy=X.Then there was another game that the bride mus try to get a boiled egg through his pants.Starting point is at the right part of the pants. Sadly i didn manage to see everything done.

Went to work as usual today .These days im really didn have the mood to get my programming done.Today there are some changes made so actually i did finish the main part of the programming.Thats a relieve.I want to learn so many programming lang but i have so little time.i quite surprise that DHTML can do so many things.I sldn waste any more time.

I met Mt after work today.Headed to Jurong Point.The place was so big.Didn really shop every thing cause we taken quite a long time eating our dinner.I shall go down again soon to explore the whole place.Dinner was great at lai lai new rou mian restaurant.The Soup base was so tasty.I left no food on the table to be clear.Just empty plates=).Ok signing off....

Met up with Glenn and huifen and jingkai wthen i drop off the train.jingkai changed.Hes darker now .Huifen still the same girl i met few years back ,still as strong haha.thanks for your wishes.=)

Every thing turn out quite well at the dinner.Every one was high including me.We had chats, we had laughter over the entire night.Best of all Stanley was happy today.We played small pranks of whip cream.I tried to tell them not to play already.But sometimes i had to be bad guy for once to be a good guy so i played a long.I only had
one plate.The Rest of them have 2.=P
We came up behind Stanley with piles of whip cream and smash it on his face.
Surprised Stan with special appearance of Clair,Cakes & present.Claire made Tiramisu cake and bought another cake incase the tiramisu isn tat good.It turn out well.There is cheese cake too.Comments for the cheese cakes and tiramisu=).Tiramisu will be perfectly fine if its dryer.But its the best cake of the night.Cheese cake gives a taste of sweetness at the beginning and ends with a -_- .But its quite close to perfection.LoL i make so much comment but what i did is eat.=X.The Cake was great Really.Stan likes it most importantly.

We had kissing games after tat.Today we lost our first kiss from a guy to Stanley..Shitz.Its the most gayish act i have ever ever done.Is like Holy shit feeling when the wet lips touches mine.U tried to imagine its a girl but when the lips touches the lips is like u felt like "!@#$%^&*()(*&^%$#@!".If any guy dun believe me can tried it with yr gd fren=)

Stanley had to lock arms with claire to eat cakes and drinks shots.

Ok but tat was entertaining.After tat we have Lc game.Ai ya no video.cAnnot show.Anyway is N16.hmm.Its Rough , quick ,wet & long.ok nth=).Next ....

Jsp broken link images

I have encounter many times my Jsp page is not reading the images .In jsp it not as direct and straight forward as java application where you jus need to give the entire source link.
Eg. <-- img src ='C:/Documents and Settings/User/Desktop/image.gif'-->(this doesn work in jsp but works in java application)

Lets just say i wan to use just this link as below example, so that my Jsp page will load my images correctly, how should i do that?
Eg. <-- img src ='ok.gif' -->

The location of the images must be in the folder of the project but where?
If you want the Jsp to read the image link and display it well without appearing broken after it is build and clean.Please see the image below.This is an example of how i put my images which u can insert it through drag and drop from the picture source.i dragged my images from the desktop.It is a netbeans platform



After that at my servlet i will have this code to create the html tag
