Tough times.Its hard to get a job nowadays.i admire people who build their own business from the root with their own hands.They are the guys that create jobs for the people.They created a community for the pool of talents to shine.It will become a place and a home for the people to work hard on ,to build.As the economy turn bad,they have to face a cruel side of life.They have to ditch the weak to save the entire community.Its hard to accept the fact.When the economic is up its not really a good news either.The higher it gets the harder impact it will receive when it falls.
You build up your own,You clear up the crap when it fails but reap the most when its in a good shape.
